We enable every household to use a renewable and cost-effective hot water supply using photovoltaic electricity in order to make a significant contribution to limiting the global temperature increase to a maximum of 1.5 °C.

How it all began

fothermo was born in 2020 from a vision of a group of photovoltaic engineers. Amid the global shift to renewable energy, we are paving the way into the future with industry-leading photovoltaic heaters and boilers combined with intelligent surplus feed-in via a micro-PV inverter.
