Terms of payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

The delivery takes place in Germany.

Shipping (including statutory VAT)

up to 250€ purchase value - EUR 9.90 incl. VAT
from 251€ purchase value - EUR 16.90 incl. VAT

For deliveries to German islands, an island surcharge of €99.00 will be added to the shipping costs.

When shipping bulky goods (forwarding shipping), we charge as follows:
With a shipping weight of more than 30kg, we charge a flat rate of €69.90 including VAT within Germany

delivery times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered domestically (Germany) within 7-31 days (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made any other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
