Terms of payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery takes place within Germany.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Up to €250 purchase value - EUR 9.90 incl. VAT
From a purchase value of €251 - €16.90 incl. VAT

For deliveries to German islands, an island surcharge of €199.00 will be added to the shipping costs.

For the shipment of bulky goods (freight forwarding), we calculate as follows:
For shipments weighing over 30kg, we charge a flat rate of €99 including VAT within Germany.

Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 7-31 days (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
