FAQ
Frequently asked questions.
Which households is the tank suitable for?
The 200 L tank is suitable for households of 2 to 5 people and has 186 litres of usable capacity.
Which solar panels do I need?
The tank has 3 independent MPP trackers with a voltage range of 25–42 V. A total of 1,800–3,600 Wp is recommended, with 2 panels per tracker.
Can I combine the tank with my heating system?
Yes. The built-in heat exchanger connects the tank to your gas, oil or pellet heating. If there is not enough sun, your heating system takes over automatically.
Is there a risk of legionella?
The risk is low. For extra safety we recommend regularly heating the water to at least 60 °C and flushing the tank if it has not been used for more than a month.
How is the tank delivered?
By freight on a small pallet. Please provide a phone number when ordering so that delivery can be arranged.
Hot water, paid for by the sun.
